Training Areas

Wayne-Sanderson Farms offers exciting opportunities for you to bring your unique skillset and grow your skills in the following areas:

Live Production

Experience live bird, feed and poultry health rotations through 12 months of training in our feed mills, hatcheries, live haul and broiler/breeder farms. Understand business operations while growing your people leader competencies through immersive training opportunities.

Plant Operations

For 12 months, spend time training for leadership opportunities at one of our processing, retail or prepared foods facilities. During your rotations, you will work in quality assurance, processing operations, safety, and more while growing your people leader competencies.

Business Operations

Complex finance and retail sales MIT opportunities aim to equip MITs with a thorough understanding of the poultry industry’s operations, management practices and business strategies while developing the skills necessary to manage finance or retail sales operations effectively for 12 months.
