Drew Cole

Drew Cole serves as Vice President of Retail Sales for Wayne-Sanderson Farms. In this role, Drew oversees all sales personnel and functions of the Retail Business Unit, including developing and executing the retail sales strategy to align with the company’s overall goals and objectives, while guiding the sales team on customer relations. Additionally, Drew monitors KPIs for retail sales and oversees portfolio and customer growth. His leadership is instrumental in providing strategic direction to the retail sales team to achieve business growth and profitability.

Joining the company in 2012 as a Beginning Trainee, Drew has served in various sales roles throughout his tenure with increasing levels of responsibility, including Sales Trainee- Further Processed, National Sales Representative- Retail, Corporate Sales Manager- Retail, Manager of Retail Sales, and Senior Director of Retail Sales.

He is a graduate of Auburn University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
