David Gadd

David Gadd serves as Wayne-Sanderson Farms’ Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Retail business unit. In this role, he oversees all sales and operations for the company’s poultry retail products, ensuring excellence in product delivery and customer satisfaction. Additionally, he is responsible for strategic and capital planning for the business unit, driving the unit’s growth and aligning its objectives with the company’s overarching goals. His leadership and expertise are pivotal in maintaining Wayne-Sanderson Farms’ market position and expanding its retail footprint.

Since joining the company in 1997 as a Beginning Management Trainee, David has held various sales roles with increasing levels of responsibility throughout his tenure, including Customer Service Representative, Corporate Poultry Buyer, National Sales Representative, Manager of Retail and Corporate Sales, Senior Director of Retail Sales, and Vice President of Retail Sales.

David is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology.
