Tom Bell

Tom Bell serves as Wayne-Sanderson Farms’ Vice President of Prepared Foods Sales, responsible for managing key customer relationships, driving product innovation, and leading comprehensive sales and marketing efforts for the company’s prepared foods business unit.

With 34 years of poultry experience in the food service and retail markets, Tom’s commitment to innovative approaches that deliver value-added offerings has resulted in significant success for the company and its valued customers. Prior to joining the company in 2014, he served as Senior Vice President of Prepared Foods at Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation.

A trained culinarian, Tom earned his degree in culinary arts at Newbury College. He currently serves on the board of directors for the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association and is Chairman of the Consumer Planning Program.
